Kentucky Speedway consultant and former co-owner Jerry Carroll will receive the Sports Executive Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cincinnati Sports Professional Network (CSPN) during the organization’s annual award banquet in the Sharonville Convention Center located just north of Cincinnati.
